Barb Ostrander, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development, develops and leads marketing strategy and business development. She has worked in marketing for 20 years, spending 15 of those years in telecom beginning in wireless where she led multiple rebranding efforts for acquisitions and repositioning. After ten years and following her company’s buy-out, she was hired to reposition an independent telephone company as a state-of-the-art broadband company and led the marketing strategy until that company was acquired. Embracing and leading through change by this time was another skill set Ostrander could add to her resume.
Before joining the Finley team, Ostrander was also retained by organizations as a consultant for brand and strategic marketing development and taught marketing courses as an adjunct instructor. She holds an MBA with marketing emphasis and a BS in mass communications and is a member of SMPS.
