Phil Carroll, P. E.

   

Vice President, Energy, Missouri  Phillip Carroll, Vice President of the Power Group for Finley Engineering, has been involved in the electric utility industry for the past 21 years. Managing multi-million dollar projects around the country, Carroll has been responsible for the design of distribution and transmission lines, material specifications, contract administration, final acceptance, and close-outs. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Washington, Oregon, California, New Mexico, Nevada and Arizona.

Prior to joining Finley, Carroll worked at the St. Joseph Light and Power Company/Aquila, a Midwest investor-owned electric utility. His experience there included transmission and distribution areas which included design and construction of projects ranging in size from 12kV to 345kV, in both rural and urban environments. Carroll earned a Masters of Arts in Business Administration from Northwest Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Missouri Western State University.
