Position Summary: This position will provide engineering planning services to clients. These plans will be used by the client on a short-term and longer-term basis for infrastructure improvements and for the potential of securing funding. These services will likely include capital work/improvement plans, transmission system planning, distribution system planning, reliability & resiliency improvements, smart grid, and micro grid improvements. This position will provide a key element for customers in positioning their utility for the future AND the work they will be doing will position Finley for additional engineering work with the clients.
