Bill Brackin, Project Engineer and Manager, joined Finley Engineering Company in 2009. He has an extensive background and experience with system hardening related to FEMA mitigation projects. Mr. Brackin has also worked with joint use and 3rd party attachments for multiple service providers. Mr. Brackin is well versed in the National Electric Safety Code (NESC).

Within the Lamar Energy Division, Mr. Brackin’s experiences include FEMA mitigation in Arkansas for system hardening, several hundred miles of system review and mitigation for storm hardening, storm damage inspection, and distribution line staking. He has also performed pole analysis and make-ready design for Kansas City Power & Light, Empire District Electric Company, Carroll Electric Cooperative Corporation and other clients.

Mr. Brackin has worked extensively designing and managing multiple projects. He is also very skilled in the collection of GIS/GPS data, field requirements, and continues to successfully meet client expectations.
