Dan Carter serves as Senior Consultant of the Broadband Division at Finley’s Lamar, MO, corporate headquarters. Mr. Carter has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including successful entrepreneurial start-ups and senior management roles. His experience includes engineering and business consulting to assist telecom and broadband service providers with planning, financing and building state-of-the art communications networks.

Mr. Carter’s expertise has been utilized by designing numerous broadband networks, assessing and selecting equipment for switching and access utilizing fiber and wireless technologies. Mr. Carter has notable experience with RUS Loan Designs and post-loan engineering services as well as private funding and grant application assistance.
