Kjirsten Mickesh is a strategic business leader, trusted advisor, and transformation innovator with expertise in aligning people and organizational solutions to business strategy. She has worked for small, medium, and large companies, where engineering and other technical expertise are critical.

Throughout her career, Kjirsten has led all aspects of Human Resources and has acquired deep expertise in developing and delivering talent strategies and programs to attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees. She is an expert at leading significant change, transformational initiatives, and is known for her courageous leadership and ability to address complex opportunities with focus and alignment to achieve differential results. Her approach to building relationships allows her to create strong partnerships and exceptional collaboration. She invites others to engage in unconstrained thinking, exploration of diverse ideas, and constructive conflict to develop better solutions, increase engagement and build trust.

Kjirsten holds a B.S. in Management from Arizona State University. She also holds several certifications, including a Talent Management Certification from UNC–Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Change Management certification from University of Minnesota, a Strategic Workforce Planning certification from Human Capital Institute and two coaching certifications from International Coaching Federation accredited institutions. She volunteers with AARP on the Minnesota Advocacy and Speakers Teams, primarily focused on improving support for caregivers and people in long term care situations.
