For 47 years, Norma Osterdyk has been delivering expert CAD and GIS project work to Finley Engineering clients. Her reliability, attention to detail and customer service bring extra value to project work in the Energy Division.

Ms. Osterdyk’s specialties and experience include mapping, rural utility service drawings, circuit diagrams, detail maps, staking sheets, substation drawings, and plan & profile drawings.  She also runs Loads and Pole Analysis utilizing PLS-POLE to evaluate structure compliance and strength.  Ms. Osterdyk is proficient in PLS-Pole and PLS-CADD software.  Have also assisted on various Broadband Department projects.
