Finley Engineering assisted the city of Pryor, OK, in construction of a greenfield substation.  Finley was involved with all aspects of design and construction, from start (siting the location) to finish (commissioning the substation into service).   All designs, layouts, specifications, bidding, drawings, tests, etc., were directly handled by Finley.
